Mentorship Program
This initiative was launched to give back to the community by promoting empowerment. It is primarily driven by volunteers who have previously benefited from the program and now offer their services in return. Our mentorship program aligns with Bob Proctor’s saying that “A mentor is someone who sees more talent and ability within you than you see in yourself and helps bring it out of you.”
At Yandtech Consulting, we don’t believe in leaving trainees unsupported. Every trainee is paired with a mentor throughout their job search. During this time, the mentor provides the following support:
- Assists with interview preparation and guidance
- Offers feedback on past interviews to improve performance
- Serves as the primary contact during and after training
- Conducts mandatory weekly check-ins
